40 hours of instruction for the second-year apprentice course on “Professional Cooking Techniques” at CSEA in Turin, plus an additional 4 hours of substitute teaching on “Hygiene and Safety at Work” (November 2011 – February 2012)
Completed mandatory military service in 1988/89, discharged with the rank of corporal and awarded a certificate as a specialized teleprinter operator assistant
Married with two children
Passionate about mountain hiking, traveling, and VW camper vans. I follow rugby and enjoy doing manual work, especially with wood.
