DUTY RESPONSIBILITY Build and repair cabinets, door, frame - work, floor & other wood in features used in building, using wood working machine, Carpenter hand tools, & power tools, install structures features such as windows, frames. flooring and trimot hardware. Take directives from Supervisor or foreman. Conduct toolbox and all safety Rules before work. Read and interprets instructions /documentation and plans work activities Supervises and provide direction to the Carpenter Shop

Staff to include foreman and Carpenters tracks. All Carpenter related tasks supporting all function under O&M Review all Carpenter related estimate for new work and service work responsible for the assignments of personnel in the OGM Carpenter Shop approves all Carpenter shop Staff R & R S Approves all materials and equipment requests submitted by the Carpenter Shop responsible for the safety training and Compliance for his carpenter crew Experience required in rough framing finish Carpentry, metal stud framing and drywall hanging Ability to read design drawings and specifications Excellent people and communication skills Ability to use
