· Strategy for product launches and communication, brand positioning initiatives, events, and exhibitions.
· Definition and execution of the Media Plan (advertising and advertorials) relation with main sector’s magazines for editorial contents.
· 360 degrees management of the activities linked to international exhibitions: Product proposition, messaging, booth definition, PR, Social Media strategy, budget management.
· Creation and maintenance of relations with co-MKTG partners (e.g. Maserati, Shell, Petronas, Eataly, Fontanafredda, CNH).
· Definition, preparation, and release scheduling of communication contents (brochures, web-site contents, videos, newsletters, SM strategy).
Azimut Yachts is the first producer of luxury yachts at global level. In charge for:
· Definition and execution of the brand communication strategy on all the touchpoints: digital platforms (social media, web site, newsletter) product literature, PR contents and media plan.
· Contribution in the definition of the brand’s communication strategy, of the definition of new product’s identity, storytelling, ad hoc events, and launches.
· Sales Network product training (138 dealers in 80 countries): content definition, presentations.
Most proud of: management of the first digital Boat Show during which a 18 meters yacht has been sold. Being in charge for all the digital communication of the short movie directed by Gabriele Muccino to promote a new Azimut’s yacht in launch.
Development of market analysis, support in the development of the product communication through the definition and analysis of the key selling points, support of the product development process with competitors analysis, creation of the product communication sales materials.
Most proud of: have contributed, to market and competitors analysys for designers and management to the development of Grande Trideck, Azimut’s flagship, which had a concrete sales success.
Monitoring on daily basis the demand trends and the production capacity comparing them the demand forecast in order to identify potential capability conflicts, shortfalls, or new demand trends. Providing advice and direction to Manufacturing and Sales planning considering production constraints, escalate issues beyond Capacity Management and Manufacturing to support demand request, providing monthly management KPIs and operational reports describing the demand performance and propose areas for improvement.
SACE is the main Italy’s export credit agency. The main tasks were structuring trade finance operations in order to support the international activity of Italian firms, structuring guarantees on loans and bonds, consultancy about opportunities and critical issues linked to foreign markets and the legal content of contracts, the preliminary activity about the legal aspects related to the operations object of SACE’s intervention.
