  • Act as point-of-contact between audio-visual crew and project management team.
  • Develop Case IH and STEYR commercial materials in line with brand strategy, briefing and product launch. Plan together with creative agency Brochures, Posters and Adverting based on the briefing received from Brand Communications team and Product Marketing. Ensure all market versions are available according to the timing from the brand.
  • Define the photo and Audio-visual shooting plans, together with brands and product marketing. Coordinate the organization of the shooting and supervise the Photographers and video makers to ensure all requested pictures and videos are done.
  • Provide the English master version of all products to the website agency

Transport Management

  • Coordinate Weekly calls and forecast for transportations with logistics departments (Europe, India and NAFTA) in order to have all units required invoiced, shipped and revenue recognized.
  • Follow up, solve process bugs topics involved in logistics flows (E.g. weight dimensions misalignment due to system interfaces, invoicing/containerization rules applied by plants, demurrage costs, etc)


Invoicing Management

  • Inform Commercial Team and top management about critical issues
  • Follow up invoicing every day and especially on month-end.
  • Ensure Revenue recognition based on different shipping mode
